Bertha & Blink are back, as so is their nemesis, Finnius Fink!

Calling all budding inventors and doodle makers! Join illustrator and author Nicola Colton for a fun, interactive session based on her book series, Bertha and Blink – there will be a storytime, draw-along and a chance to design your very own gadget!

This event is free to attend and suitable for ages 5+. 

About Nicola

Nicola is an Irish children’s book illustrator and author. She grew up in rural Ireland, a childhood steeped in superstitions and stories, where fairies were as real as the cows in the field next door.

Jasper & Scruff, her first fiction series as author and illustrator, was one a Guardian book of the month: “Adorable illustrations, snappy dialogue and outrageous puns make it the cat’s pyjamas for bedtime reading.”

She lives in Bristol with her partner and their black and white cat Odysseus. Nicola’s latest book series is Bertha & Blink.
