Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days of order, dependent on turnaround times from our suppliers.
Orders for collection in the shop will be ready for collection within 2-3 days.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns are only available for damaged goods, and only books to be returned by prior arrangement.
Exchanges can be arranged for good in resellable condition. These can done for free in the shop, or another postage free will be applicable foe home delivery of the exchanged book.
Customers are responsible for postage fees for returns / exchanges to The Small City Bookshop.
